    Dr, please help me I put hylogel lubricating eyedrops in one of the eyes of my father, he said that i missed the dose it did`nt felt it got in the eye and I am not sure if it is so when i pumped it so I tried for the second time, now my question is I hope that I did`nt give my father 2 drops in his eyes of hylogel.iS it bad if so.?Thank you

      The eye can’t hold more than half a drop. So any excess would just run out.

      Lubricating drops also aren’t medicated, so usually aren’t harmful when used frequently.

    If they tested people who do work that makes them hold a position for a while and they have a lower blood pressure - i doubt they are doing it for 2 minutes at 30% of their weight I think sometimes these instructions are a bit too much

    Hello Doctor Cobb, I am from your video of Isometrics for strength and size. Just wanna ask, since you said it's always better to do isometrics at long muscle length (assuming one has no injuries), if I am coming from a combat sports background and wanted to improve my striking maximal strength, should I perform, for example, an uppercut punch at long, or at a short muscle length?     I occasionally get episodes where my peripheral vision disappears. It can be quite scary when im looking someone in the right eye and i can't see anything to the left of their nose. Its a weird feeling especially when people speak to me from a side and i just can't see them.

    What I've seen/heard was very helpful for permanent results was cranial nerve massage, to all the cranial nerves that innervate the eyes. But not simply going around in circles at small points, but running the finger along the nerves. And it needs to be done regularly for at least two weeks, for lasting results. But otherwise it was very similar, in that it took less than 15 minutes twice a day. But I heard there were children/students in Taiwan experiencing nearsightedness due to reading/writing so much, and that it was able to remediate their difficulties. But yes the guy talking about this was saying he could get improved prescription for anyone, at least. The use of the eyes afterwards just for normal seeing maintained the results. I do think that it probably isn't a cure-all, but to me it makes sense that the majority of eye problems could be alleviated through a combination of eye training and cranial nerve massage.
